  • Please fill out the inquiry form with your dates, group size, and interests. I will reply by email with availability, fit, and the next steps, along with suggested options and pricing. I usually reply within 1–2 business days.

  • That depends on how you like to begin. Some guests prefer to arrive with a clear framework in mind; others prefer to step into the city more intuitively and let the experience unfold on foot. If you book a briefing and later book a walk within 30 days, part of the briefing fee can be credited toward the walk.

  • Yes. All AxisTrace walks are private. I work with small groups, ideally 2–6 guests, so that the experience can remain attentive, flexible, and personal. Pricing is per group. Base prices apply to private groups of up to 4 guests. For groups of 5–6 guests, additional guest fees may apply.

  • At the moment, I work in English. I do hope to add Spanish in the future, and I will update the site once that becomes available.

  • Many sites in Beijing need to be booked in advance. I can help arrange tickets as part of the planning process, but entrance fees are charged separately. My walks are designed within walkable zones. But if a transition between zones is needed, transport can be arranged and charged separately as well. I recommend beginning the day after breakfast. During longer walks, I’m happy to suggest a light brunch or lunch stop. After the walk, I can also recommend places to eat nearby. I do not dine with guests as part of the service.

  • Yes. For custom routes, I recommend beginning with a briefing so that we can plan the itinerary around your interests, pace, and schedule.
